It is anticipated that the contract we have with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for the Post Office card account will expire in November 2022.After April 5, 2022, no additional tax credits or child benefit payments will be made into Post Office card accounts for clients of the HM Revenue and Customs.POca users are receiving letters from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Work and Pensions (HMRC) informing them of their choices in the future.Please don’t dismiss the letters that have been sent.All POca consumers are informed of their alternatives by the information included inside them.All consumers who will be receiving payments will already have a letter in their hands.
