It is possible to drop off parcels in blue collection mailboxes and Post Office mail drop slots if they are small enough. In addition, certain Post Offices may offer a special place on the counter for packages that have been pre-paid. Depending on how many parcels you have, you may be required to transport them to a loading dock at the back of the building.

Can I give a return package to a UPS driver?

If the package is not available for pickup, the UPS driver will leave a return label at the collecting site where it was left. Once the box has been delivered, your customer can take it to any UPS station, hand it over to a UPS driver, or request a UPS On-Call Collection®.
